During his visit to Bamyan province, the ambassador of Japan said that the government and people of that country are determined to cooperate seriously and comprehensively in the field of development projects and reconstruction of ancient and historical areas of Bamyan province.
Takayoshi Kuromea, who traveled to Bamyan province yesterday, during a meeting with local government officials of this province, also said that his government welcomed the friendly relations between two countries and continued humanitarian aid and cooperation in other fields with Afghanistan and especially supports Bamyan province.
The Ambassador of Japan also praised the efforts of the caretaker government of Afghanistan in terms of ensuring security, eradicating and destroying the cultivation and transit of drugs, and the targeted fight against administrative corruption, and added: “The targeted struggle of the officials of the caretaker government of Afghanistan in order to ensure the security of citizens at the country level, cultivating, selling and using drugs and administrative corruption are commendable and this is a place of happiness.”
Meanwhile, Mawlawi Abdullah Sarhadi, the governor of Bamyan, in a meeting with the Japanese ambassador, called for the continuation of friendly and strategic relations between Japan and Afghanistan. While appreciating the cooperation and assistance of the Japanese government in the implementation of development projects and the reconstruction of ancient and historical areas of Bamyan province, Mr. Sarhadi asked japan to allocate more infrastructure projects and continue humanitarian aid and also establish industrial factories by Japan.
At the end, Mr. Kuromea once again assured the people of Afghanistan, especially Bamyan Province, about the continuation of Japan’s humanitarian aid and cooperation, and stressed that the Japanese government is trying to improve the relations of the caretaker government of Afghanistan with other countries in the region and the world.
Japan is among the countries that provide aid to Afghanistan, which has played a good role in the reconstruction of the country in the last two decades, and has allocated part of its aid to Bamyan province.
