The ISIS terrorist group has claimed responsibility for the explosion of last evening (January 6) in Dasht-e-Barchi area in west of Kabul. This group announced that 20 Shias were killed and wounded in this attack.
This terrorist group said that it organized this attack as part of the “Kill wherever you find campaign”.
Yesterday evening, a passenger bus was attacked in the “Telegraph” area of west Kabul city.
Khalid Zadran, the spokesman of the de facto government police headqurte for Kabul, says that two people were killed and 14 others were injured in this explosion. However, the initial images from the site of the event which published on social media show the bodies of at least four dead.
Dasht Barchi in the west of Kabul has always been the target of deadly attacks after the fall of the previous government and the establishment of the de factor government.
Two months ago, a city passenger bus was targeted by an explosion in “Mahtab Qala” area of Dasht-e-Barchi. After that, the “Mellat Sports Club” was also attacked in the “Nanwae” bus station of this area. ISIS has taken responsibility for these attacks that have claimed many victims from civilians.
These explosions take place while the de facto government has always claimed that security is provided all over of the country and the ISIS does not have an effective and serious presence in the country.
