The private media “Radio Nasim” in Daikundi Province, in center of Afghanistan, was allowed to resume its broadcasts after 5 months.
The Afghan Journalists Center has reported that the Ministry of Information and Culture of Afghanistan has allowed this media to continue its publications under the supervision of the new chief editor and with the commitment to comply with the country’s media policy.
Meanwhile, Sultan Ali Jawadi, the chief editor of this media, has been in prison for several months and is serving his one-year sentence.
This media has been blocked several times by the local government and its employees have been arrested.
