The letter sent to private universities in Pashto, writes: “You are directed by the Department of Invitation and Guidance of the Ministry of Higher Education that all the books of private universities libraries that are against Hanafi’s jurisprudence, political books and books that have ideological problems must be left out of the libraries and replaced by good books of Sira Unnabi. You must share the list of Books that you move in the libraries.”
The letter, confirmed by a spokesman of the Ministry of Higher Education, is signed by Shakerullah Vahdat, the head of the Ministry of Higher Education, and Mohammad Salim Afghan, the head of private universities, has signed it to be sent it to private universities
