A Student from Waras Became the Bamyan “Star of Science”

The final round of the “Star of iScience” competition in Bamyan province was held today, Saturday October 19, 2024, and a student from Waras district of Bamyan province won the first place.

The Department of Education of Bamyan province says that the final exam of this competition was held today with the participation of 32 elite students from all over the province, and at the end, Azizullah son of Ramzan, a student of Chajin Boys’ High School in Waras district, won the title of “Science Star” of Bamyan Education.

The competitive exam “Star of Science of Education” has been launched by the Ministry of Education of the country and in this process, first the competitions are held at the district level and in the next step elite students from each district compete at the level of their provinces until finally Star of Science of the province should be selected and introduced to participate in the national exam.

Undoubtedly, the launch of such programs, if carried out in a standardized manner and with complete transparency, will create double motivation among students and provide the basis for growth and progress in the education system of the country.
