A Cash Thief was Arrested in Bamyan

According to the press and public relations office of Bamyan police, a person who was accused of stealing cash has been arrested.

The arrested person, who was accused of stealing 76,000 Afghanis, was caught today, Thursday, Aug 22, by the anti-crime police of ​​Bamyan.

A few days ago, the thief had stolen a bundle of cash worth 76,000 Afghanis from a student in “Sayed Abad” area in center of Bamyan, and the Bamyan police, knowing about the case, started an investigation and arrested him after identifying the suspect.

Khawani Rasa, the spokesperson of the Bamyan Police, adds that the stolen money has been returned to its owner, which has made him satisfied and happy.

Mr. Rasa considers this success of Bamyan police as a result of cooperation between the people and the security forces and calls it effective in maintaining the security of the society.
