Three hundred families impacted by natural disasters in six districts of Bamyan province will receive non-food aid packages from the ORCDG organization.
The Provincial Directorate for Disaster Management in Bamyan announced in a statement that these families were identified in coordination with the department in the districts of Bamyan Center, Yakawlang 1, Yakawlang 2, Panjab, Waras, and Kahmard as eligible for the aid packages.
The statement added that the aid packages include a tent with all accessories, five blankets, and a kitchen supplies kit. The distribution process began today in the presence of local officials and was provided to the identified families.
According to the statement, 50 families in each district are covered under this program. After distributing aid to 100 families in Bamyan Center and Kahmard, the process will continue in the other districts.
