Arezoo Parsa Won the title of Star of Speech in Bamyan

Arezoo Parsa won the first place in the “Star of Speech Festival” organized by Bamyan Department of Information and Culture with cooperation of Marafet Scientific and Cultural Academy.

The correspondent of Bakhtar news agency in Bamyan reported that this program was held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, in the hall of Dasht-e Isa Khan Family Park, and as a result, Arezoo Parsa won the title of “Star of Speech” by surpassing his competitors. In this festival, Mosawer Malikyar took the second place and Mohammad Mohaqiq took the third place.

Mawlawi Safiullah Raed, the head of Information and culture directorate of Bamyan, who spoke in the program, while talking about the value of speech, considered the value and dignity of a human being to science and the way of expression. He placed brevity, generality, and having excellent content and concept in the most important components of the speech, and added that Bamyan information and culture department is trying to implement programs designed for improvement of scientific skills of youth.

The Department of Information and Culture of Bamyan stated that the purpose of conducting the “Star of Speech” program was to encourage young people to acquire scientific knowledge, improve their skill of delivering speech and recognition of top figures in the field of speeches.
