A person has been arrested by Bamyan Police on suspicion of theft from Qazan tourist area in center of Bamyan.
The Press and Public Relations Office of the Bamyan Police has published a newsletter saying that this person was arrested by police of Bamyan city on Saturday 17 Aug 2024, in connection with the theft from tourists’ vehicles at the stop of this recreation area.
The news report states that the arrested person is suspected of stealing from several vehicles brokers in Qazan Valley.
After receiving numerous theft complaints from the citizens, the police started their investigation and finally succeeded in arresting the suspect.
The suspect is currently in police custody for further investigation.
Qazan is one of the regions that attracts thousands of tourists every year in spring and summer because of its natural beauty and attractive nature.
