Provincial department of state minister for disaster management in Bamyan province has written in a newsletter that 740 vulnerable and deserving families in Panjab district of Bamyan Province have received cash assistance from a charity organization.
Based on the newsletter, these families were surveyed and identified in Tagab Barg, Mohr, Tarapas and Poshte Ghaoghori areas of Panjab district of Bamyan province and each family member received about 31 US dollars.
The total amount of cash aid given to vulnerable people, whose number reaches 740 families and 5511 people, includes more than twelve million Afghanis.
This process consists of two stages and these families are supposed to benefit from these aids in the next step as well.
Afghanistan is in a crisis of poverty and unemployment, and millions of citizens of this country are in poor financial condition and need urgent food aid and humanitarian aid.
The food and non-food aid of national and international organizations to the poor and extremely vulnerable citizens of the country has greatly reduced their problems and helped them to face the difficulties of life.
